Forged and Polished Stainless Steel

These pieces are forged from stainless steel which forms a dark scale when heated. In these images the scale has been selectively polished away to reveal the silver colour of the stainless steel. This gives the metal an attractive, mottled and variegated texture and highlights its forged texture.
